Discover the Festival Experience

For choirs of all types, styles and ages

Founded in 2016, the World Voices Festival is a globally recognised, non-competitive choral festival bringing singers together from around the world to learn, perform, and connect. Recognised by American Express Essentials as one of the most Awe-Inspiring Choral Festivals in the World, the festival has welcomed over 5,000 singers from 250+ choirs across the UK, USA, Ireland, India, Iceland, and Germany, with each event typically bringing together around 300 participants.

Originally established in the UK and hosted in cities including St Albans, Manchester, York, Chichester, Monmouth, and Exmouth, the festival expanded internationally in 2025 with its first overseas event at the iconic Berlin Philharmonie. With future events planned both in the UK and internationally, the World Voices Festival now operates as a truly global choral platform.

Open to choirs and individual singers of all styles, sizes, ages, and abilities — from community and professional choirs to a cappella groups, choral societies, school and university ensembles, gospel choirs, and barbershop groups — the festival is built around learning, collaboration, and musical excellence.

Participants work with leading choral workshop specialists in a supportive, practical environment focusing on vocal technique, performance, blend and balance, stagecraft, language, and new musical styles.

While proudly non-competitive, choirs who perform receive written feedback from expert leaders, leaving inspired, confident, and ready to raise their musical standards.

From Pop and Gospel to Classical, Vocal Technique and Performance, there is something for everyone at the World Voices Festival

Inspirational. Fun. Non-Competitive.

What is the World Voices Festival ?

UK Choir Festival

Festival Music

The festival features collaborative sessions where our esteemed workshop leaders unite to work on selected joint pieces. Choirs receive the music in advance to prepare for the festival concert. These sessions foster a collaborative environment, allowing participants to benefit from the collective expertise and support of our workshop leaders.
World Voices Festival

Mastermind Sessions

Individualized sessions have consistently been a cornerstone of the festival, offering invaluable feedback and opportunities for questions and answers with our workshop leaders. These sessions have now evolved into festival performance sessions, accessible to all participants, fostering a collaborative learning environment enriched with expert advice. Each choir performing at the festival concert is allocated two 30-minute one-on-one sessions during the festival day to refine their performance in preparation for an outstanding concert.
